Leah's Designs in Canada

Leah Day is a fab artisan and quilter from whom we (her fans) gets loads of inspiration.  A couple of weeks ago I attended an arts show in Toronto.  At the Janome site, low and behold, I saw some machine quilting designs for one of their new home machines that looked suspiciously like some of Leah's designs.  And they were!  Congrats, Leah, for making it to Canada in a big way.

My First Post on Blogspot

Hi out there!  This is my second blog site 'cause the other site seemed counter-intuitive.  This "Quilter by the Window" has been quilting since about 2002 when I helped make a rag quilt as a school fundraiser.  No looking back from that point on!  Here's some photos of the table/collection and a little sign I made for myself when I joined my first craft sale (at work).
